The program focuses on enhancing athletes' swim competency, increasing speed, efficiency and to support their Triathlon training and racing.


Tailored for Busy Athletes

Designed for busy triathletes and endurance athletes, accommodating their hectic schedules. The swim workouts are loaded onto your TrainingPeaks account and can be followed from your device.


Updates Every 4 weeks

The swim program updates every  4 weeks and includes mobility, activation, stability, and strengthening exercises, primarily aimed at reducing injury risk and enhancing swim performance.


Suitable for All Levels

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced triathlete, each  swim session is tailored based on your race distance and experience.
