What's included

Training Plan & TrainingPeaks Premium

Your Training plan is delivered via TrainingPeaks Premium, it's personalised based on your experience, race distance and any specific events. You let us know your key races and eight weeks out your plan automatically adjusts. Alistair and Jonny have followed this approach for over 20 years with great success. The rolling plan keeps you fit all year round and ready to increase intensity closer to key race events. 

Weekly Squad ZWIFT Training & Races

Every Thursday at 6:30pm UK Time the Squad meets on ZWIFT for two 30 minute sessions. Part 1 is training session focusing on technique and performance. Part 2 we race based Kilometre splits in groups - with a focus on good form. 

Bi-Weekly Squad Google Meet

Every two weeks the Squad meets online such that the coaching team can knowledge share and answer any specific training questions. Where possible Alistair, Jonny, Non and Richard Varga join us to provide rich insights into their current training plans / approaches.  We also have Squad Facebook and WhatsApp groups for content sharing and direct connection with each other. 

Weekly Squad Run

Each week the Squad meets on a Monday evening at 7pm and Saturday morning at 9am in Hamble & Hedge End (near Southampton, UK) for a coached Run session. Each week the sessions vary between distance and intensity, but follow the Brownlee Fitness Training programme. 

Weekly Squad Strength Sessions 

Included in your training plan are strength sessions specifically designed to improve your running performance. 

Weekly Squad Mobility

Included in your training plan are mobility sessions specifically designed to keep you injury free and race ready.

Running Squad

By subscribing to the running squad coaching program, you receive a personalised training plan tailored to your experience, ability, and race distance, developed by the Brownlee Brothers. The plan is delivered to your device, and includes TrainingPeaks Premium for a customised training experience.

My goal was to earn a spot to represent GB at Age Group - Brownlee Fitness were instrumental in helping me achieve that. The programmes were easy to follow and very personalised.
