Nutrition for Fat Loss


Start the day with a decent size breakfast, high in protein and fats, with carbs if you want them.People often choose a low-calorie breakfast, high-calorie lunch and high-calorie dinner, and end up snacking during the day as a result of not getting the fuel they need when they need it.

Eating a high protein, higher fat breakfast will help to control your appetite for the rest of the day and give your brain the fuel it needs to be productive.
