In no event will we be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable or consequential damages for any use of, or reliance on this website, social media posts, blog, emails, training plans, The Squad, and/or products, including, without limitation, any lost profits, personal or business interruptions,  personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information or any other loss, malady, disease or difficulty, or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages or difficulties.

Reference or links in this website, social media posts, blog, e-mails, training plans, The Squad or products to any other business or entity’s information, opinions, advice, programs, services, or products do not constitute our endorsement or recommendation. Brownlee Fitness strongly recommends that you consult with your physician and other medical professionals before beginning any training plan. You should be in good physical condition to commence training. We are not licensed medical care providers and have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or training plan, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you choose to follow Brownlee Fitness training plans, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily following your plan, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Brownlee Fitness from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Brownlee Fitness. 

Brownlee Fitness is not responsible or liable for any advice, course of treatment, diagnosis or any other information, services or products that you obtain through this website, social media posts, blog, e-mails, training plans, The Squad or products. You are encouraged to consult with your doctor with regard to this information contained on or through this website.

 

In becoming a user of Brownlee Fitness with the intent of using a training plan or service, you affirm that either (A) all of the following statements are true:

no physician or general practitioner has ever informed you that you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activities recommended by a physician or general practitioner;
you have never felt chest pain when engaging in physical activity;
you have not experienced chest pain when not engaged in physical activity at any time within the past month
you have never lost your balance because of dizziness and you have never lost consciousness;
you do not have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity;
your physician or general practitioner is not currently prescribing drugs for your blood pressure or heart condition;
you do not have a history of high blood pressure, and no one in your immediate family has a history of high blood pressure or heart problems; and
you do not know of any other reason you should not exercise; or
(B) your physician or general practitioner has been specifically consulted by you and approved of your use of Brownlee Fitness training plans and / or services.

If applicable, you further affirm that

you are not pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating; unless
your physician or general practitioner has been specifically consulted and approved your use of Brownlee Fitness training plans and / or services
Brownlee Fitness reserves the right to refuse or cancel your membership if we determine that you have certain medical conditions or that the representations set forth above are untrue in any respect.

While we draw on our prior professional expertise and background, you acknowledge that we are supporting you in our roles exclusively as coaches only. We are not medical health practitioners or mental health providers and we are not holding ourselves out to be in any capacity. Rather, we serve as coaches, mentors and guides who help you reach your own performance goals.
