55-59 Triathlete Ambassador
Graham came from a cycling background but started with triathlon back in 2010. He lived in Spain for 20 years but recently moved back to his home town of Leeds.
Living local to Alistair and Jonny, he joined the Brownlee Fitness Squad which has helped him achieve the following results:
World Champion at ITU Long Course
European Champion at Olympic and 70.3 distance
British Champion at Olympic distance
1st Challenge Championship half Ironman
As an age group triathlete he has raced Ironman Hawaii 3 x and finished top 10. Also placed 2nd at 70.3 World Champs.
He has 15 Age Group wins at the 70.3 distance.
30-35 Running Ambassador
Living on the south coast Emma started running constantly in 2018 as a way to lose weight, but what started as a way to improve fitness soon became a way of life.
Running the London marathon in 2019 in 4:01 the idea of world majors was sparked but Emma lacked the structure in her training, so she started training with Brownlee Fitness coach Andy Mcghee and took her marathon time to 3:28 in Manchester, qualifying for the Boston 2023 Marathon as well as breaking her PB across all major distances.
55-59 Swimming Ambassador
Pete is our swim ambassador, because he helps people overcome the No 1 barrier to taking up Triathlon - Open Water Swimming.
Having nearly died in a swimming accident in his twenties, Pete avoided Triathlon for almost three decades. That was until his partner's brother-in-law (Rob) introduced him to swim, bike, run.
Within only two years, Pete not only overcame his swimming trauma, he was also selected to represent GBR at the 2022 European Triathlon Sprint Distance Championships in Munich. Later that year Pete also qualified to represent GBR at the World Aquabike, Aquathlon and European Aquathlon Championships.
Pete owes his success to the help of Brownlee Fitness Head Coach Bucko, CBT and Hypnotherapy.
30-35 Cycling Ambassador
Adam is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a deep passion for cycling.
Adam works with Andy Mcghee (Brownlee Fitness coach and COO) to deliver our weekly ZWIFT / RGT sessions as well as weekly cycle club.
Adam also applies an expert strength, conditioning and nutrition approach to deliver exceptional cycling performance for all abilities.
40-45 Strength Ambassador
Emma is a GBR Power Lifter and the 2021, 2022 British record holder and Silver medallist at the 2022 World Championships.
Emma is a strength and nutrition specialist, and her achievements speak volumes to her approach to strength training - which is shared throughout the Brownlee Fitness Squad and community.
21-25 Duathlete Ambassador
Adam is a 21 year old age group Duathlete and has raced at three Sprint Distance Duathlon World champs and one middle Distance Duathlon world champs.
He started his age group journey in 2018 and since then then has raced at four World championships with finishing 4th at the 2021 Sprint Distance Duathlon world champs and 2nd at the 2022 Powerman middle distance world championships.
As well as Duathlons he competes regularly in triathlons and raced his first 70.3 triathlon in 2021 where he placed 4th in his age group.
His main goal this year is to target the Standard and Middle Distance World champs where he's aiming to qualify for his elite license.
As well as these races he also aims to compete in more 70.3 Triathlons as he works with the Brownlee Fitness Squad to achieve even more podium success.
